Who is behind Unitpick

Igor Lišinski has been building business software since 2003. At IT companies he has moved from front-end developer to full stack developer and software architect, and on to head of software development. He has led development teams since 2016.

Today he focuses on business system architecture and on connecting applications with the rest of the business: ERP, accounting, email and external services.

He founded Unitpick in 2021 to offer that experience directly to companies and organisations: no middlemen, no requirements lost in translation between sales and development. His full professional background is on LinkedIn.

How we work

• Directly. You talk to the person who designs the system and writes the code, from the first meeting to production.
• Process first, screens second. Before development we understand how the work flows today, where time is lost and what the new application has to solve.
• In short phases. You see the first features within weeks, not at the end of the project.
• Clear agreements. Scope, timelines and ownership of source code and access are agreed at the start.
• After delivery too. We maintain systems, adapt them to new platform versions and keep developing them.

UnitLook: our own product

UnitLook is a SaaS platform for requests, projects, planning, time tracking and leave management, with a web application and an Android app. We build and maintain it ourselves, from architecture to the mobile app.
